We extend our warm welcome to all parents of our new learners.
This page is your dedicated guide to embark on an exciting new chapter with our school.
We are thrilled to have you as part of our ISR Community, and our aim is to provide you with all the essential information and resources to ensure a smooth and enjoyable beginning for your children.
COMMUNICATIONS
When officially enrolled at ISR, families receive instructions to activate their Google Workspace accounts.
ISR provides each family with an isrfamily.com account, based on the learner’s last name, that will be the only email address which will be used for school communications. Throughout the academic year, all school and administrative communications - such as School's Office and teachers' emails, Head of School’s Communicator, invoices, school forms and contracts - will be sent only to your isrfamily.com address.
Learners are also assigned a personal isrstudents.com account, which will remain theirs throughout their time at ISR. This account will be used by learners to access the Google Workspace, the ISR Chromebooks for school's activities and learning platforms.
SHARING THE LEARNING
To strengthen the school-home sharing of learning, ISR uses Toddle, an educational online platform developed by PYP educators and used across more than 1500 schools in over 100 countries.
Through Toddle, ISR educators will be sharing announcements, pictures and videos of the learning experiences with our families.
We recommend you download the Toddle App (from Play Store or Apple Store) for families on your phone.
Signing in requires your isrfamily.com credentials.

FOOD
At ISR, we believe in celebrating the rich tapestry of local culinary traditions that surround us.
We embrace the flavors and customs of our community, understanding the cultural significance that food holds in shaping our identities. Our commitment to providing a balanced diet for our learners goes hand in hand with our dedication to their overall well-being.
The Lunch Fee includes daily snacks - yogurt and fruit - and lunches.
Our school complies with the school food menu standard, its variations and all guidelines related to food safety and service, as thoughtfully curated and approved by local health authorities (AUSL Romagna). The menu is meticulously designed to meet the highest nutritional standards and you can view it by clicking the button below:
We work in partnership with Diapason, our external food supplier which provides a rich selection of organic ingredients and respect for the seasonality of foods.
This collaboration ensures that our learners receive meals of exceptional quality, prepared with care and attention to the principles of sustainable and healthy eating.
For parents seeking special dietary considerations, please find below the guidelines to request a special diet for your children.

There is a core requirement for the wearing of school uniforms which all learners should adhere to during the school day or on educational field trips.
Learners are required to wear at least one piece of ISR uniform with the visible logo every day and to comply with the school's colours - white and navy blue. The learners are to wear closed shoes only, no open-toed sandals or flip-flops are allowed.
Two complete changes of clothing should be provided for learners in Early Years classes.
If the uniform item does not provide the learner's name printed, please write your child's name on the internal label.
ISR uniform items are available for purchase from Tempo Imperfetto e-shop, by registering on the website under the school code provided during the Admission process. The uniform items can be delivered directly to your home or at school
SCHOOL RESOURCES
At ISR, we believe in providing an enriching and comprehensive learning experience for our learners. That's why we are happy to share that all the educational resources and stationery items are fully covered within the School Fees.
Our commitment to academic excellence extends to ensuring that every learner has access to the necessary tools for their educational journey. From books and educational resources to art supplies and stationery, we have meticulously curated a range of resources to support their learning and creative exploration. To enhance the learning experience, we also provide technological devices to our learners, which serve as powerful tools for research, collaboration, and creative expression, empowering learners to engage with the digital world responsibly and effectively.
To foster a sustainable and eco-friendly environment, we kindly ask our learners to bring only a backpack and a refillable water bottle to school.
By providing all-inclusive educational resources and encouraging eco-conscious practices, we aim to create a nurturing and inclusive environment where learners can focus on their academic growth and personal development.
